NSF's Language Access Plan

The National Science Foundation's Language Access Plan (LAP) aims to increase access to NSF conducted programs and activities for individuals with limited English proficiency (LEP). LEP individuals include those who do not speak English as their primary language and who have a limited ability to read, write, speak, or understand English. NSF's policy is to provide individuals with LEP meaningful access to NSF-conducted programs and activities in which they may be individually eligible to participate. LEP individuals are eligible to receive language assistance with respect to a particular type of service, benefit, or encounter.

If you need any language translation or interpretation services, please contact LAP@NSF.gov.
