NSF Funding
The Directorate for Biological Sciences (BIO) encourages proposals that make use of NEON resources, including data available through the public NEON data portal, biological specimens and soil samples (check the NEON science website for updates regarding the availability of resources*).
Basic information about NSF-funding opportunities is provided below and can be found on the NSF NEON Program Summary page. Researchers should contact the appropriate Program Officer with inquiries about opportunities for funding through solicitations or Dear Colleague Letters.
