It is the responsibility of the proposer to ensure that the proposal meets these requirements. Submitting a proposal prior to a specified deadline does not negate this requirement.

NSF 12-608, Sedimentary Geology and Paleobiology (SGP)


This program is Track 2 of the SGP solicitation 12-608 and can be found on the SGP website: https://www.nsf.gov/funding/pgm_summ.jsp?pims_id=13691. NSF anticipates funding a total of 4 ELT awards at approximately $1,000,000 - $1,500,000 and an additional 6 awards no larger than $500,000. An individual may serve as PI or co-PI on only ONE proposal per deadline to the Track 2 competition. Pending availability of funds, the program will be offered every other year in the Spring (2013, 2015, 2017). The 2013 submission deadline for Track 2 proposals is February 22, 2013. Proposals should be prepared in accordance with guidance in the SGP solicitation, NSF 12-608, and the NSF Grant Proposal Guide (GPG) or NSF Grants.gov Application Guide.
