All proposals must be submitted in accordance with the requirements specified in the funding opportunity and in the Proposal & Award Policies & Procedures Guide (PAPPG) and its supplements.

All NSF grants and cooperative agreements are subject to the applicable set of NSF award terms and conditions.

NSF has updated its research security policies for NSF funded projects.

Office hours for TechAccess: AI-Ready America

The TechAccess: AI-Ready America program staff will host office hours May 6 through May 20, 2026, to answer questions from prospective proposers to the State/Territory Coordination Hub solicitation (NSF 26-508).

To request a 20-minute meeting, email ai-ready@nsf.gov with the subject line "AI-Ready Office Hours." Please include:

A short summary of your team (including the expected lead organization, primary partnering organizations and up to one paragraph that provides context for the office hour discussion).
The state or territory for your proposed Coordination Hub.
Your team's questions listed in priority order.

Please note that office hours are not to be used for pitching any of the following to NSF: a Coordination Hub idea, a product or service, asking NSF to connect your organization with potential partners or asking questions about the National Coordination Lead or the AI-Ready Catalyst awards competitions.

Updates about additional office hours ahead of Letter of Intent (June 16) and full proposal (July 16) submission deadlines will be posted to the AI-Ready America webpage.
