NSB-NSF Commission on Merit Review issues Request for Information
The National Science Board-U.S. National Science Foundation Commission on Merit Review has issued a Request for Information to inform its recommendations. Individuals may provide insights and suggestions on up to six topics described in the Dear Colleague Letter.
The Commission is reexamining the agency's merit review criteria, policy and processes to see whether they might be revised to increase clarity and alignment with NSF's statutory mission and improve fairness, competitiveness, and transparency in the process to identify projects to support and advance NSF's statutory mission.
Responses to the NSB-NSF Commission on Merit Review RFI are due by 5 p.m. Eastern Time, Friday, September 20, 2024.
