Set Standards for Professional Behavior


Establishing explicit standards of professional behavior, codes of conduct, and/or other written policies and implementing plans to enforce them are foundational to fostering harassment-free environments. The importance of abiding by the standards of professional behavior need to be effectively communicated to all, including administration, students, faculty, and staff.
