The Senate Subcommittee on Technology, Innovation and Competitiveness has scheduled a hearing on U.S. Competitiveness through Basic Research on Thursday, April 19 at 10 A.M. in 253 of the Russell Senate Office Building. Witnesses include NSF Director Arden L. Bement, Jr.
