123 SEE

Team: 123 SEE | Origin: Massachusetts | Participation: NSF I-Corps Participant, 2022

The 123 SEE self-serve vision testing kiosk delivers a free, 90-second vision test, generating a doctor-verified prescription that is sent directly to the user's email. By reducing common barriers — like cost, time, access and scheduling — the company is helping more people keep their prescription up to date.

Using advanced, contactless technology, the company's AI-powered vision test measures refractive error with accuracy and reliability. Results are then reviewed remotely by a licensed eye doctor, ensuring both convenience and professional oversight.

By partnering with optical retailers, technology companies and eye doctors, 123 SEE looks to expand access to vision care through a growing nationwide network of kiosks in high-traffic, accessible locations. With $6 million in funding to date, the company is prioritizing product development, growing its team and accelerating expansion.
