Synopsis: E72834X - Pre-classification Workflow and Analytics Engine for Proposals
The National Science Foundation (NSF) intends to procure services in support of a pre-classification workflow and analytics engine for the Education and Human Resources (EHR) Core Research Program, on a sole source basis through Purdue University. The contractor will provide fast, easy-to-use tools for classifying and analyzing proposals submitted to EHR prior to, during, and post-review process. This project will extend Deep Insights Anytime, Anywhere (DIA2) to include specific interactive capabilities for pre-classifying proposals using key phrasing techniques and user defined taxonomies.
The anticipated purchase order will be below the simplified acquisition threshold. The period of performance is July 8, 2013, through July 7, 2014.
The proposed contract action is for services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b). This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes. This synopsis is for informational purposes only.
